For the best speed and cadence within Zwift I would suggest the Stryd foot pod.
I would put the Stryd at the top, then the Garmin FootPod (not the Garmin Run Dynamics, it’s not supported) and then the Zwift RunPod.
But, since you are looking for cadence the Zwift RunPod should work fine.
It is Bluetooth only though..
